Mail Server Settings

The Innoshare mail server settings are as follows:

Incoming mail (POP3): mail.innoshare.com

*Outgoing mail (SMTP): mail.innoshare.com
*Note: Make sure that you have the “Outgoing Mailserver (SMTP) Requires Authentication” Setting enabled and set to “use same settings as incoming mail server”. If you can receive mail and not send this is probably not enabled.

Port Settings:
These are usually found under the “Advanced” settings in most mail clients.

Incoming port: 110 *This is usually what it is set by default.
Outgoing port: 2025 *This is usually set to 25 by default.  Some ISPs block port 25 and this can cause sending issues.
