Thunderbird

Thunderbird is really in a class of it own and comes highly recommended by us. Where Thunderbird prevails is its ability to learn what is spam to you. The more you mark emails as junk, the more it learns what you think junk is. Not to mention handling multiple email accounts quite well. It is the client we use for our support mail and others. Possibly the only downside is its Pontiac-esqe name, although there might have been some legal issues with a Trans-Am client. We could go into detail but the best place to find the download and extensive documentation on this great, free client is Mozilla’s Page

Other Mail Clients

Most email clients allow setting message rules by header information. The exception to the rule would be outlook express.  If your mail client has rules that can be applied to message headers follow the outlook example and you should achieve the desired effect.  If you experience issues and need a hand, feel free to give us a call @ 404-303-7404.
